Updates

I know I haven't been very good about updating the blog and I'm sorry for that. I've been so incredibly exhausted, sore, and busy that anything not REQUIRED of me falls on the back burner. I know I need to do this more often though so I will make a bigger effort.

David started his job at the casino and its going really well. He has lots of opportunity for advancement but is still getting his phlebotomy license anyway so he will have even more options. Little David has adjusted his schedule to dads so that he can see him when he gets home at 11. So now my crazy monster stays up til midnight and runs around like a manic waiting for daddy! Haha its adorable and exhausting at the same time.

Little David has come leaps and bounds with his eating though and often amazes us with the large amounts he can eat. He still has days where he doesn't eat much but I feel like its a normal toddler phase, not so much the reflux anymore. Still on the prevacid, still VERY careful about what we feed him. I feel bad being this huge stickler whenever someone wants to give him something or he wants to have what everyone else is eating but that's life now so we're managing.

His vocabulary is just insane now. He does a LOT of chitter chattering but the words he does say are hilarious and his personality is shining through so much now. He loves to say coooool, woooow, dog, no no no, get down, book, frog, bug, shoes, socks, and toes. I know there are more but I'm finally getting tired. He pretends to sleep and snores like daddy. Hilarious!

We had a BBQ last weekend to celebrate little brother and it was very nice to see Aunt Cathy, Erin and Uncle Fidel. I wish they all lived closer. Little David and Uncle had a great time exploring my moms backyard and running around.

NOW for the best news I've gotten all year...

We had another ultrasound and little brother has NONE of the problems we were concerned about like last time. No aged placenta, no lowering fluid, no limited nutrition and therefore no need for an induction! Also they noticed last US that there was a minor leak on one of his heart valves but said as long as it didn't get worse it was so minor that its pretty much nothing. WELL it hasn't gotten ANY worse at all so it is completely insignificant and not a concern. I'm so so so very relieved.

So basically I have a healthy baby who hasn't been in a hurry to get out and doesn't need to be forced out this time. Thank you God!

Ok well I'm gonna post a few recent pics and then try to get some sleep finally. We love you all!
